Our collaborative approach with our parents is one of the many reasons why parents trust us with their children. Right from your first Settling-In Visit, your child will have their own ‘Key Person’ who will develop a deep understanding of your child’s unique personality, interests and needs, and build a close working relationship with you as a parent.

Your acceptance of your child’s Key Person will also help your child feel confident in their own relationship with their Key Person. As your child’s main educator you know your child best, so we will work with you, share information, ideas and strategies, to develop your child’s unique learning and development journey.

Your child’s Key Person will share feedback about your child’s day as well as ideas for engaging and appropriate activities that you can do at home to extend what they have been doing at nursery. Through your child’s online learning journal and face to face chats, we encourage regular communication about your child, along with termly Parents’ Evenings for more detailed discussions
